We have two location kitchens based here at Bentwaters:-
Polly - a 7.5t DAF fully fitted with everything needed to create a wide variety of menus, and ensuring excellent hygiene and safety standards. She has large on board water tanks, self contained waste water, an on-board generator for those days when there is no power anywhere. Polly is able to cater for crews of upto 200 offering a full choice of menu, and up to 500 hundred on a limited choice.
Stan - a 4.5t Renault Van, fully fitted with everything needed to create a wide variety of menus. Stan is smaller than Polly, and is ideal for smaller crews, and 2nd unit work. He has also be known to help out as a Home Economist's unit for those oh so popular cookery shows. Stan has on board water tanks, self contained waste water, a small on board generator, and can cater for upto 75 on a full menu, or 200 on limted choice.
Our Kitchens are often supported by one of our refrigerated vans, in addition to the own on board fridges ensuring that fresh food is kept, and served as it should be.
